Sammá Samadhi

Three Months Seela Bhawanaa Program - Melbourne

With great joy, we present this programme from 11 May to 27 August 2026. It offers a rare opportunity to practise Dhamma in a structured and supportive environment under the guidance of Venerable teachers.

Through a gradual and disciplined approach, participants are guided to understand the teachings of the Gautama Buddha and apply them in daily life. This programme supports the development of clarity, restraint, and wisdom, helping individuals move away from worldly distractions and progress towards lasting peace and the path to Nibbāna.
